  Buyer beware! This seller will not give you a full refund if you request a refund, back out of the refund request, then re-request if you find that the product is not going to suffice for your needs. Ebay will basically tell you "tough luck" if you file a complaint, and the seller will take advantage of this and will not refund your money. They complain about how much it costs them, with no regard about my having paid for something I can't use. The item was falsely pictured with a wheel/rim.
