  This seller has great communication and the shipping was really fast. I was initially not happy as the plants came in covered in pests. She assured me that is not the norm and provided a refund. She also gave tips on how to get rid of the pests. I am disappointed in the condition the plants came in, but overall happy with this seller and how she handled the issue.   I purchased this plant and it came in on time but the plant was nothing like the picture, the picture showed a plant with at least 3 decent growths, I got a plant with a 1 inch growth. I reached out to the seller and said this was wrong and gave them a chance to make it right, she said I was right & refunded me the cost of the plant and chose to keep the cost of the delivery charge more than likely as the "new" cost of the plant, the picture I attached clearly shows $10 is still too much.
