    Because you ordered 3 items, the box I used had to be larger than than the original one I used to reference shipping cost in the listing. You paid $21.99 for shipping. The actual label cost $27.66. There was no discount to refund to you. I would have appreciated you sending me a message, rather than attempting to damage reputation publicly without stating the facts.
