  I ordered this product from EBay. It arrived packaged as an Amazon product (Amazon box, and text message came from an Amazon system.)I have been an Amazon Prime customer for 20 years. Because of their DEI position I am boycotting Amazon. The seller has indicated they are unable to function outside of your Amazon association. I am requesting a refund. Looks like the solution is to not patronize either company but to look elsewhere for my small soap business.

  Item is of good quality, condition is brand new at a good price. What was disappointing was that the seller did not provide tracking for this item. Item arrived late and I was going to request a refund had this not arrived today. Note to seller: you should always provide tracking on your items sold for buyers peace of mind as well as to prevent less than positive experiences.
