    the item says delivered but it did not get delevered. use USPS or another REPUTABLE SHIPPER, so that your customers have a positive experience. the below questions would only apply had the item arrived at all. i contacted the seller and he blew me off by not addressing my concerns. anyone reading this should avoid using this seller/dealer. prices are high and he/she has no empathy for their buyers/customers. by using this seller you are flushing your $$$$$$$$ .

    I ordered this product from EBay. It arrived packaged as an Amazon product (Amazon box, and text message came from an Amazon system.)I have been an Amazon Prime customer for 20 years. Because of their DEI position I am boycotting Amazon. The seller has indicated they are unable to function outside of your Amazon association. I am requesting a refund. Looks like the solution is to not patronize either company but to look elsewhere for my small soap business.

    I received the wrong size. When I contacted the seller, they sent me a return label, that would require me to pay for return shipping. I cannot understand why I have to pay for shipping when the seller did not send me the correct size curtains. I sent them a copy of the curtains indicating that they were not what I ordered. They are aware of the problem. I sent them pictures of the problem per their request
