Hello and welcome to our store. We are Bob and Christina. We love to hunt for unusual items to sell to our customers. We search in many different places for these treasures. Flea markets, yard and garage sales, estate sales, church sales, property cleanouts and word of mouth from friends and family and through advertising. We always try to be honest about or listings by listing any damages or if we do not know something...we say that we do not know!! Our shipping is whatever we are charged to ship. We do not charge any handling fees. We go to great lengths to pack items very well, so they are safe throughout the shipping process.

    Lipton Tin arrived in a crushed box that was damaged during shipment. Box was not of heavy construction to prevent this. Packing was minimal. The tin did suffer minor additional damage. reached out to seller and was informed that I had to get recompense from USPS for the damages and that I had to do the process. A different item from another seller arrived on the same day damaged and that seller issued a compensation hours after I provided pictures of damages. Disappointed!

    You going to the post office is the only way to do this since you have the damaged package. I cannot go to my post office because how can I show them the package when I don't have it. This is the way the policies are written up. Sorry if you disagree. Please send the package and item back to us and we will refund you purchase price and initial shipping. request a refund through Ebay and send it back and you will get your money back except for the return shipping...also an Ebay policy.
