  The seller was in the middle of a move when I purchased this item and after creating a shipping label and packing it up the box was lost in the move. Seller prompt;y refunded me the cost and let me know what had happened. Very ethical and honest seller. Shame about the book as it looked in brand new condition. And what hurt even more is that the book was the cheapest on eBay,

  Lipton Tin arrived in a crushed box that was damaged during shipment. Box was not of heavy construction to prevent this. Packing was minimal. The tin did suffer minor additional damage. reached out to seller and was informed that I had to get recompense from USPS for the damages and that I had to do the process. A different item from another seller arrived on the same day damaged and that seller issued a compensation hours after I provided pictures of damages. Disappointed!

  You going to the post office is the only way to do this since you have the damaged package. I cannot go to my post office because how can I show them the package when I don't have it. This is the way the policies are written up. Sorry if you disagree. Please send the package and item back to us and we will refund you purchase price and initial shipping. request a refund through Ebay and send it back and you will get your money back except for the return shipping...also an Ebay policy.
