  So I can't give five stars on the actual description because the seller mistakenly thought the house kit was brand new, never been opened. Once I got the box and opened it, I found that it had been already messed with, ie painted parts, open pieces strung about the box, unorganized mess😩. After contacting the seller and sending pics of the box/pieces they profusely apologized and gave me a FULL refund and said just keep the items. NOW THAT IS HOW YOU HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am very pleased!

  Before I get to the item I would like everyone looking to purchase from this seller what a great experience all around I had. The communication was superb with a quick response time almost immediately. The packing was done very well in a heavy duty box and the cost of shipping/material/time was very reasonable. As far as the item description it was spot on and to the T. The item was actually better than the pictures showed. I am very happy with this seller and my whole experience. 10 stars.
