    The Macbook Pro was well packaged and arrived in fine condition, and with all the components listed in the ad, in working order. I'd say that while unit was used, it had been well cared for, and its appearance is very good to excellent. The unit powered up and the OS came on line without a serious hitch -- the only one being that the password had not been cleared -- my message of inquiry was promptly answered by the seller, and I'm a happy camper. AOK!

    to be accurate, the macOS installation requires a password to be entered during the setup process... in which case i use a default password of asdf it's true i sold two dozen macbooks last month and might have missed removing the default password of asdf
