  The set is beautiful and as described. The teapot was broken in transit, but that's no fault of the seller (the set was well packaged buy probably handled roughly in transport). The seller was very responsive, requested photos, assured us the items were insured, and refunded the total cost. The only thing that would have made the experience better would be having the unbroken item: it's a bummer bc the set is lovely. The seller was incredibly responsive: we'd definitely purchase from them again.
