    An ideal seller, my webcam shipped out quickly and arrived early too. Item worked as expected, would definitely buy from again! The webcam's housing is in a used condition, as stated in the listing. There were perfectly-acceptable minor cosmetic flaws that didn't affect its useability. I was worried about the lens being damaged during shipping, but it the seller packed it well with bubble wrap on the webcam and a bubble mailer. Plugged it in soon after arrival and everything seems functional!

    Upon delivery the package looked like it was ran over by a truck and as expected the item was damaged . Package was labeled “Fragile” but ignored by carrier who should be liable for the cost of item. No issues with the seller as transaction was great. Terrible delivery service

    shipping/packing good. item almost as described. "No scratches or cosmetic damage" - has scratches, one part of the face damaged. pic attached. not present in the post pics. Packaged well, box shows no damage. sure this was not the unit in the pic or damage happened in packing. stop button didn't work for first 4 tries. worked under more pressure. more than other buttons needed. There is something rattling inside unit but works well otherwise. I'm happy with purchase in spite of this.
