  What a pleasure to deal with a company that exceeds expectations in every respect. The product came well packed in perfect condition. Each lathe tool is individually packed in a plastic tube and each complete with their own star bit key in a smart presentation and storage box. The cutting carbide inserts are a precision fit with their respective tools.The delivery time couldn't have been bettered so all things considered I am really pleased with the purchase which was at a very competitive price

Considering that the tap & wrench set was dispatched from China, the package arrived remarkably quickly, which I regard as being excellent service.
