  This seller appears to order directly from Target and then has the item shipped to your address. Kinda slimy and and more expensive than just buying from Target, but not illegal. And the item is actually new in box, just as described. Just wish the seller had disclosed that this is how they operate. I'm annoyed by the lie of omission.
