  The listing shows two Steward-Waner vacuum gasoline pump tops. On arrival, one top had no float assembly included and the pump top underside had support brackets which are part of the casting cut away making it useless. Seller refused return claiming he was only offering parts for restoration. Contacted eBay, and explained that parts were missing and top could not be used or restored. eBay agreed with my claim and arranged for full refund including shipping charges

  The listing also says NO RETURNS, but I agreed to accept his return. The listing also says "Selling as parts or restoration" and one is more complete than the other. If he did not understand -- he should have contacted me or not purchased. I did not state that the parts were complete. Ebay should remove this NEGATIVE!
