  The package unfortunately did not arrive however it was not the seller's fault. USPS lost it soon after seller mailed it. When I contacted seller, communication was prompt and empathetic. As the weeks went on with not record from USPS as to what happened to the package, I contacted seller again and they promptly issued me an apology and refund. Very professional!
