  I don't understand why you placed the wrong order yourself, If it's our fault, I will be responsible, But you chose the wrong phone case pattern yourself, I cannot send you another one for free, Because our phone cases are sold very cheaply.

  If you have a Samsung S23, make sure that it fits because the seller will not refund or do return. My aunt loved Labubu and disappointed that it did not fit her phone. (I paid shipping) not happy with seller does not want to solve the problem.
