It really seems like the speakers have a bit of a crackle to them but it's subtle enough I can't tell 100% they aren't sounding right. Kind of annoying at times but as I'm not positive they are defective I did not attempt to contact the seller about it, nor would I have really expected them to catch the issue. Given this and being otherwise very happy with the purchase, definitely would recommend the seller.
