  The store-people were very responsive and helpful, resolving the issue that cropped up quickly. I can wholeheartedly recommend the sellers as they are genuine people who are doing brilliantly. The item came well packaged, the item being double boxed,it just had an unfortunate defect that wouldn't have been difficult to miss by a cursory inspection. But other than that, the pricing and value would have been spot on and the item was as described. The postage costs were also fair.

  hi yeah. I ordered this Samsung power bank, Opened for £18 quid and I have received on 27th May. placed order on 22nd May. I really appreciate the behaviour of seller unlike others throughout the process of buying and giving partial refund.. which was really helpful and easier to get through.   It was 1 day late arriving but that was more so an issue with Royal Mail. It arrived packaged as was described by seller. The item will be for my sons school play and was very good value for money. I would recommend purchasing from this seller again in the future.

  Disappointed to say the least! When it arrived, it had everything but the resin in the box! I get packaging gets damaged, but if it is a new item, then everything should still be with it, just in a different box! The seller was spot on and refunded us in full. Mistakes happen, and I can't fault the seller for resolving it quickly! A++ Seller with good communication!
