    What a fantastic experience with their customer service department. After two previous purchases from them, and receiving a product that was fresh and delicious and extremely well priced, I got a shipment that was not fresh and had an odor. They immediately refunded my purchase, did not request a return the product, and thank me for the feedback. They also made a comment that they are going to review the process of storing the product to ensure that it cannot spoil in their care.
