Item was exactly as the seller described. It was packed well, but didn't arrive on time. The package was delayed due to no fault of the seller. Usps said there was a delay due to weather issue. The seller assured me and did her best to communicate and update tracking. She was kind and helpful in everything. I received the item promptly. The item was as described except the carrier UPS had damaged the unit in shipping. I contacted the seller and we came to terms with damages very quickly. So despite those issues I would definitely recommend this seller as very professional and easy to work with and I would definitely buy from them again.
