  We are truly sorry that you were not happy with your product. As with the nature of all 3D printed models, some minor cleanup may be required (e.g., light sanding). All packing and shipping are completed to a high standard, including foam/bubble wrap (depending on the scale of the model), the model is either bubble wrapped or sealed in ziplock bags for small models, and finally, compressed in place with premium shipping pack.
