    Though the dvd player is a little quirky, the TV and dvd player work great. It is perfect for what we needed and as described. It was shipped in a timely manner and packaged well.     The set was not what I thought that it was but I do not consider the fault of greggoods so I had to return it. However, I was impressed by one fact, a great amount of effort was made to pack the item in order for it not to get damaged or destroyed during shipment. When I prepared the item to return it, I made certain that the item was packed the same way as it was originally to again to make certain that the item did not get damaged or destroyed when it was on its way to be returned.
