  This is how an onlune business should operate. Soon as they filled my order i was immediately notified of tracking number, expected delivery date and confirmation what i ordered was what was being shipped. I was given uodates on out for delivery and delivery notice of completion. Finally, i was asked to contact them if product damaged. I got what i ordered and as described. Id buy from this provider again just because of the customer service.

  Accurate description and part appears to be genuine and high quality with dimple. Photo appears to be a 17 rd mag, but a 10 rd should have a dimple; use the right picture for this part. items packed well and arrived perfectly and quickly. Good value.

  Received a mag that did NOT look like the one in the photo. How hard is it to make your own photos? Point is, the one in the photo is a different type of mag. This mag I received is not convertible/serviceable when I leave the state which means I am still on the hunt for a few more but NOT this brand. Had the photo been correct, I would NOT have purchased this. I would have left Neutral feedback, but the seller is a good person and they do not live in Commiefornia so they did not know.

  I purchased 2 metal form magazines for my Ruger SR1911 Officers 9 mm. Magazines are new. They were shipped quickly. Seller answered all of my questions and provided excellent customer service. I like the metal form magazines better than the Ruger magazines that came with my firearm. Seller is HIGHLY recommended..:)
