Only issue: We ship daily thru UPS so we checked the shipping cost using package dimensions, weight and zip code it was shipped from. We showed a cost of $27.88 so we think the shipping cost of $60 was very high. Other than that we are very satisfied with the purchase and the seller!!!! Thank you.

  Bought a used Mitsubishi drive. It does not work at all, does not even power up in the machine. Complete waste of money buying garbage drives, and seller does not do returns. I have a running machine, 7 days a week it runs, the drive I have has intermittent problems. The drive I bought from this seller did nothing in the machine, complete waste of $800. Shipping was fast, packaging was questionable, but it didn't really matter, it's garbage. Price would be fair if it functioned.
