Melissa at custmer service was absoluely wonderful from the moment the order was put in and it was out of stock she managed to find one for my 91 year old dad who's just had to stop driving his car, to when I phoned with a query as to how to get the scooter to unfold which she talked me through and sent an email as well. A big thank you.

That being said, a quick phone call to the company and they sent me an email with a video on how to get it to unfold. Works great and folds up to a small size. I do think some people will struggle with lifting the weight of it tho. All in all I would highly recommend. A++ Ebay seller. Many thanks.
