    There was a small problem with the description of the laptop, which the seller handled almost immediately (and under the most difficult circumstances - they were dealing with the aftermath of hurricane Milton in Florida!). As a buyer and seller on ebay, I am highly appreciative of the effort.

These types of items are not intended for the average consumer and are ideal for someone experienced in the space. We also attempted to communicate with you in which you disregarded and days later decided to just leave a negative feedback. - We've asked ebay to review on our end as its against ebays TOS.
