  The cable came in an envelope. It was taped to a piece of paper which was frusterating because i did not want to risk cutting or tearing it. The packaging could've been better but the cable came in good condition.

  5 stars. The only negative part was not related to the seller, but the delivery company (Intelcom in my case) broke the box. It was completely unprofessional and shocking. There was a hole was so massive, I expected the console to be broken. Luckily, greatstar13 padded all the devices in a sufficient amount of bubble wrap which protected everything from being damaged by a reckless employee. It works as described, thank you :) (P.S. If possible, avoid using Intelcom as your delivery company!)

  At first I didn't know if I needed or wanted to spend the extra $$ on a cable that I did not know was bad but decided to cover all my bases so ordered separately from the G1 Pro Headset. Glad I did as the cable was the problem but felt good that even if it wasn't I would have a spare/ Contacted seller about combining items into one shipping box and was quick to respond. I have put seller on my short list of prefered sellers. Thanks for prompt responses, great service and quality items!
