It was completely unprofessional and shocking. There was a hole was so massive, I expected the console to be broken. Luckily, greatstar13 padded all the devices in a sufficient amount of bubble wrap which protected everything from being damaged by a reckless employee. It works as described, thank you :) (P.S.
