  I bought some lights and one arrived damaged. I reported it to the seller and their solution was to return 20 percent of the purchase, which the money never arrived. They always have an excuse that they are on holiday and they return in one or two weeks. It is not worth buying anything from this seller who sells damaged items and does not resolve anything. I do not recommend it unless you want to lose your money.
