  Lots of trouble getting this item shipped from seller. Seemed like excuses. On top of needing to communicate to find out when I would receive the item it arrived today and is not what the seller offered in the sale. I ordered bamboo scent and received agua scent. Not my favorite scent but I guess I will live with it. There was no packing of the items in the box. Seller seemed uninterested with a successful transaction.

  I ordered Febreze Fresh-spiced Apple spray (a beautiful scent) but received Ambi-pur Air Spice Apple spray! This is NOT what I ordered and paid $46 for. It smells awful and cheap. This type transaction is deceptive and misleading and should not be allowed on eBay. And, of course, no refunds! Consumers please be careful. The scammers are doing anything in their power to continue to rip customers off.
