  Item didn't contain small bracket that is easy to miss in the picture, which makes it nonfunctional due to being unable to mount to windshield. Failed to mention in description it was missing. Said would do a return but I would have to get new packing material because it was sold in a pouch, not a box like a GPS should have been packed in. Said I would also have to pay for return shipping label I asked if would subtract $10 for what a new bracket costs and he refused.
