  Seller advertised as new open box. It was used and very used open box. The fuser have usage tracking chips on them 1 was at 30% the 2nd was at 11% remaining. Seller was quick to refund the money when called out on the usage of product. But only after sending a reply message with a sarcastic tone as if I were taking advantage of them. You should know your product and test it to make sure they are what you say they are. Most people don't know how to test them to know.
