  Item arrived well packaged and on-time, but had a defect that may have been caused by the way the package was handled by the post office. Seller did attempt to find another similar radio but did not have one of the same model. Therefore he did issue me a refund for returning the radio. Good communication from the seller.

We tried to supply you with a different radio but due to so many of our radios selling so close together, we were unable to get you a different one. Not sure what happened within shipping to you but once we got the radio back and performed out testing, it tested out fine so I apologize for that.
