At first when this came in one of the glass jars was shattered. I’m not quite sure how because the way it was packed, it seemed to be pretty tight and padded. There was was tear in the box but that box was in another box. However the seller did promptly reply to me and send me a new piece. The quality of this piece is pretty good. So smooth and for the price and you can’t get a smoother smoke. Let’s not mention how cool it looks too. Thank you.

Received one broken. He accepted return which is only reason I gave neutral. I bought one to replace broken one and that showed up broke. I messaged him and let him know I could piece one together between two defects with NO RESPONSE. sent a follow up which was ignored. Would never buy from again and can’t recommend. Product is ok but cheap glass. Wish I could have left a better review.
