    Item was very clean & packed with GREAT care. All parts were included, as described. It arrived 2 days late, but that was due to USPS delays, NOT the seller. Seller shipped promptly. Seller included a handwritten note giving added info about the toy and thanking me for the purchase. Seller had offered a discount while it was on my watchlist, but the offer expired a few hours before I received my granddaughter's reply that she was still wanting this toy for her birthday. I know she'll like it!
