  Shipping, package was delivered with item gone--I imagine at the fault of the handler or fate not the seller per say. Customer service was top notch and pleasant to message seller; they were really apologetic and happy to help from their end. Fine experience other than transit issue

  The llama doll was packed well and arrived in wonderful condition! The llama is very fluffy and clean. The seller shipped very fast and it arrived in a timely manner.
