    The seller clearly wanted to scam me. After a very long wait the item arrived in different but somewhat similarly looking design to what was in the photo. Also the item is smaller. Not a single word about this swap from the seller. What a dishonesty. Definitely overpriced for what it is! The communication was patchy and I had to pay 200 AED import tax which will be very hard for me to return. Such a headache and nightmare.

    Beautiful little piece. Be aware it is very small. It would make a good incense burner, ashtray, catch-all etc. The shipping company seemed to lose it for awhile but it eventually arrived. The box was entirely crushed. I've never received a parcel in such bad condition, but the seller did such an excellent job of packaging that the piece itself is not damaged at all! The seller was responsive during this time and provided documentation. I did mark a 3 star shipping time because of long delay.

    Items were received past expected delivery date. Tracking status did not change for almost 2 weeks. Contacted seller, who responded promptly regarding issue and was instructed to wait longer for updated tracking status. Based on other recent feedback, other buyers had similar delayed shipping issues. Just like another recent buyer stated, 3 stars were also given for shipping costs and shipping time because of extended waiting period. Luckily, items are not fragile and arrived intact. Thank you.

    I was afraid the order got lost because when I tried to track it, nothing would show. I contacted the seller. I told her it was for my granddaughter‘s birthday, she sent another one to me. And her response was wising your granddaughter a double birthday wish, since she would receive the order twice.
