Please do not use this seller, they only sent me 1 shelf instead of 2 racks and tricked me into closing off my return so they could refund me, after 1 month of chasing my refund they have still not processed this and have not replied to my messages for 2 weeks, terrible customer service and a very unreliable seller

10 days after the estimated delivery date, it had not been dispatched. I opened a case, and they dispatched 1 shelf that was the wrong size instead of the 3 I ordered. I had to open a return to send the incorrect item back, it's been over a month, and they still have the £100 I spent, and I have just wasted time to show for it. Customer service is outsourced and just forwards the complaint to the warehouse that ships the items (Or doesnt). Don't waste your time; you won't get what you ordered.
