    "New" item was actually "Open Box". Wouldn't be quite such an issue except it's an electric toothbrush. HOWEVER... upon messaging the seller, they DID offer to send a complete 100% refund if we chose to return it... AND... they DID change the listings to "Open Box". So...credit where credit is due, seller *did* do the right thing in updating their listing after contacting them about it. And that's the kind of honesty which earns our repeat business time and time again. Will shop from again!

    I was aware from the seller that I was purchasing and open box item. The price reflected this status and I was happy to accept the risk. The item arrived quickly, very well packaged and exactly as described by the seller i.e. a damaged box but untouched contents. Purchasing online requires that the seller/buyer place trust in each other with, the platform (in this case eBay) acting as the referee. I am very happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

    BEWARE OF THIS SELLER. Seller misrepresented a braun beard trimmer. Listed trimmer as brand new. shipped it to me & then immediately msg me that trimmer is actually used. Now seller will not respond to my msg's. I have had to get ebay involved to get my money back. Seller is ignoring me. BEWARE 4 THIS SELLER IS A CON.
