    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! Item was delivered and had many dents in what was advertised as brand new with the box open. I reached out for a refund and to return the item. The seller went silent and has not made any attempt to make things right. WORST EBAY EXPERIENCE EVER!

    Buyers, beware! Stay away from this seller. He didn't ship the item even though I paid for it. He takes a while to respond to messages and his communication is awful. After I confronted him tot refund me, he sent me the dumbest message I have ever seen from a seller. Just because i told him to make the package small, he replied to ask if I was an international buyer, just to save time instead of shipping the item. He made me waste my time. Worst seller I have ever encountered.

    This was a replacement for a seven year old first alert alarm that was supposed to last ten years. This one came with no such promises and a much better price. Delivery was prompt packaging was good, it was well described.
