I'd left it a bit late to order and the window meant I might be late with a birthday gift, but the seller dispatched it almost instantly upon receipt of the order and it arrived earlier than expected. Exceptionally well packaged to protect the box and exactly as described. Haven't opened the set yet, but there's no reason to expect it will be anything other than exactly how it should be.   Difficult situation where package was damaged during delivery. Slightly disappointed that the seller didn’t accept making postage claim as the solution, and suggested I should make the claim. Had to contact EBay for advice to resolve. I proposed that the seller refund an amount and they accepted. Shouldn’t really have been that hard as many messages with avoidance of doing anything. But all in all, a challenging scenario with difficulty for both parties to be mutually be satisfied.
