  I ordered this cordless screwdriver and received a ship date, well the shipment did not happen, contacted rdtail_89 explaining no shipment. The next day I received a call from Steve @ Gourmet Hospitality Family Store Ebay explaining what happened, gave me a refund for half the purchase price. Also they shipped the item rather quickly the second time. I probably will order other items from rdtail_89 in the future, great customer service.
