Even though the package delivery was delayed & the item was damaged by UPS, the seller did their part by packing the item very well & getting it to the shipper very quickly. Unfortunately UPS failed on this one, delivery was delayed 2 days & the screen was damaged & unusable. But I won't hold that against the seller, they did everything right, including a prompt refund. Great seller! I would definitely buy from them again.

The good news is that replacement used battery works as advertised; however 2 of the 4 installation brackets were apparently damaged during shipment because of the packaging materials ( padded envelope ) not properly protecting the battery. This order # 13-10752-96880. I would love get a response indicating that the next customer will not get the same surprise as I. Will try send photos in another email
