I placed the order on Saturday, and the machine arrived on Wednesday morning. I was delighted to see the original Bernina packaging and the fragile labels on the boxes.   My satisfaction with this provider and the sewing machine is beyond words. The machine is better than advertised. It arrived in new packaging, and it included all the items listed in the advertisement, plus some additional items that were not advertised. It came in three days, and I couldn't be happier. This is a remarkable vendor. Longarm Machines has this nailed and has set the bar so high that I cannot see how anyone could ever top it.

  This seller was great to work with! They accidentally shipped me the wrong machine—they had 2 very similar listings, totally understandable. When I messaged them they responded right away, sent me a label to ship them back the first machine, and quickly shipped me the correct machine. They covered all extra shipping fees. Shipping was extremely fast both times. And my new machine is amazing! It works great and came with everything in the photo—tons of accessories, a great value for the price!

  Ordered the machine March 5th and received it noon March 8th. It was packaged like it came from the factory. Looks brand new and everything with it looks the same way. Was missing two small items that were shown in the picture. Contacted seller and they responded within 30 minutes and said they would ship them on Monday. I am very pleased with the purchase and dealing with this seller. Will definitely check their site for items I may want/need for the machine in the future.
