  Item I received was different than the pictures showed and was not what I was expecting to receive. However, what I received appeared to be a decent quality but it wouldn’t work for what I was needing it for. Seller was fast to respond and promptly remedied the issue. I would purchase from seller in the future but I may ask questions first to confirm the item matches the details in the listing photos so I know what I’d receive. There was no shipping box, just the item box and it arrived damaged.

  Better than expected! Super fast shipping and delivery. Item as described. I didn't unpack the entire package..as I'm not ready to install just yet, but it seemed to have all parts. Packaged very nicely! I assumed, for the price, the white handle part would be plastic...NOT! It looks like porcelain ceramic! Thank you!
