  My package was damaged in shipment even though the seller wrapped and packed it very well. Also, there was a manufacturing defect that could not be seen until the item was removed from its original box. I contacted the seller and explained what the problem was and sent a number of photos to explain the problem even better. The seller got back to me very quickly, sent a supportive message back and sent a refund right away. I have to say I wouldn’t hesitate at all to order from this seller again.
