The sink's factory box was horribly dirty, stained and obviously a victim of soaking, dirty water. Same for the packet with mounting and instruction sheets. That factory box was well packaged with foam, cardboard boxing and plastic wrapping but also dirty and stained. The seller was initially unresponsive to my shipping inquiries and had to be queried again. Overall an A-

Not worthy of being called a “professional!” Highly recommend you pass—and run away; don’t walk.
