Packaging was great with multiple layers of protection. Shipping speed was exceptional, very fast processing and then utilized FedEx for transport. I won't rate shipping cost because it's up to the buyer to bid accordingly for total cost value. Great experience and will definitely buy from this vendor again!

    The seller shipped within 1-2 days after winning the auction. This seller uses really professional packaging, there was no worry about shipping damage whatsoever. This laptop was advertised as being sold with no SSD and No OS installed, however it came with a 256gb SSD installed + Windows 10 Pro preinstalled! Not sure if that was intended but it was a nice surprise! Great value, great seller 100% A++!!

    The HP Desktop was shipped quickly. Unfortunately, the case took significant damage en route. I hammered it back into place. The seller offered me a full refund, which I greatly appreciated. However, the computer still works and the software was set up well so I was able to get windows 11 home running right out of the box. Everything about my interaction with this seller tells me they are good communicators, care about their customers, and they know their tech well. Highly recommended.

    The tablet came as described, no issues whatsoever. C grade condition. The sellers shipping speed was "great." Although one nitpick is the packaging, the box was slightly too small with less than 1/4in of bubble wrap around the tablet. I am grateful my delivery workers aren't throwing packages around, this tablet might have not survived free of damage. I plugged it in and it worked no problem. A+
