    Bought in auction from seller with many of the same items for sale. Pictures were definitely of the item in the listing which is always appreciated. Condition was described perfectly. Packaging was great with multiple layers of protection. Shipping speed was exceptional, very fast processing and then utilized FedEx for transport. I won't rate shipping cost because it's up to the buyer to bid accordingly for total cost value. Great experience and will definitely buy from this vendor again!

    The seller shipped within 1-2 days after winning the auction. This seller uses really professional packaging, there was no worry about shipping damage whatsoever. This laptop was advertised as being sold with no SSD and No OS installed, however it came with a 256gb SSD installed + Windows 10 Pro preinstalled! Not sure if that was intended but it was a nice surprise! Great value, great seller 100% A++!!

    Does not match the description — I received a 2nd generation iPhone instead of the 3rd. The seller is deliberately ignoring messages. It was also listed as “open box,” but in reality, it’s heavily used (battery at 81%). The seller is a scammer — I recommend avoiding him!
