After receiving the grate, I realized one of the bars was broken. This was not noted in the item description. The seller provided a photo, but it's impossible to tell the bar is broken without seeing it in person and lining it up with its matching counterpart. I've been trying to contact the seller for weeks about a partial refund, as the item is not worth the price I originally paid. I have not heard back, which is pretty frustrating.
